The Graham-Dodd
framework, codified

Blended Intrinsic Value
Four methods weighted by conservatism: Graham Number (25%), Earnings Power Value (25%), NCAV (30%), Liquidation Value (20%). Disagreement between methods signals uncertainty.

Margin of Safety
The gap between price and intrinsic value. Graham required 33%+ before buying. The screener surfaces Tier A (≥50%), B (≥33%), and C (≥15%) opportunities automatically.

Composite Scoring
Five-dimension weighted score: Value, Safety (Altman Z + balance sheet), Catalyst, Arb (deal-specific P(close)), and Risk. Ranks securities within each universe.
